Unfortunately no. We are an e-commerce home service business and require a payment to book our services. Our goal is to make it extremely simple for our clients to book with us and pay for the service online.
We take most payment methods from credit cards, debit cards, and even Installments.

The Vanilla package goes for at least 1.5 hours, but it may go a bit longer depending on the size of the home.
The Royal package goes for at least 2.5 hours, but it may go a bit longer depending on the size and condition of home.
The Voyager package takes at least 4 hours depending on the size and condition of the home.

No. You already paid when you booked our service. The only time you would have to pay anything is if you request any add-ons while we are working on your home. We will let you know of the charges before you decide to move forward.
Add-ons are convenient sub-services that you can add to you cleaning package for a small additional fee.
Add-ons include tasks such as washing, drying and folding laundry (limited to 2 loads); cleaning pet waste and accidents; decluterring a cluttered home, etc.

We are working on setting up our platform for commercial services. These will include office buidings and such. We consider real estate properties residential, which allows us to include them in our residential packages.
Yes! You can book us with as little as a 2-hour notice.
Yes, you can reschedule anytime to a different date.

We work Mondays through Fridays 8AM - 5PM. Saturdays 8AM to 3PM. Sundays we are closed.
