Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We require a 48-hour minimum notice for cancellations.
• Cancelations requested before 48 hours from the scheduled service will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 1-5 days from cancelation. No questions asked.
• Cancelations requested within 48 hours from scheduled service will subject to a 25% cancelation fee.
• Cancellations requested within 24 hours from scheduled service are not eligible for refunds. Kindly understand that your booking reserves that time exclusively for you. Our staff gets paid and reserved to provide this service for you, which means that at this point expenses have been incurred. For this reason cancelations done within 24 hours are considered as fulfilled and cannot be refunded.
You may reschedule bookings within 24 hours from the time of service, but at this point the service fee is still non-refundable, only eligible to be rescheduled.

Reoccurring Service Subscriptions
When you purchase a reoccurring service subscription, you will receive that service as often as you requested the frequency to be. By default, these services will be rendered based on the date and time of the first service. You can change the frequency and time of service anytime as your needs change.
Your payment details will be stored securely and can be changed anytime.
If you purchase a weekly reoccurring service, you will be charged weekly for that service.
If you purchase a biweekly reoccurring service, you will be changed biweekly for that service.
If you purchase a monthly reoccurring service, you will be changed monthly for that service.
If you do not wish to renew a subscription you can cancel it anytime after the minimum 2-billing periods have been met. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time from your account. Your order confirmation email also has a link our client portal where subscriptions can be managed. You can manage everything about your subscription from your account, including cancelations, pauses, frequency changes, payment details, etc.
Interior Design Service
Our clients' happiness is our business. We want to make sure we build a long-lasting relationship of trust.
We will start working on your design project within 24-hours of your order being placed. Any refunds requested within 24 hours of order being placed will receive a full refund. No questions asked.
Any refunds requested after 24 hours of placing order or after work has been started will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
Any refunds requested after work is finished or delivered are not refundable.
